• Mat: Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent (white vinegar solution is recommended). Do not immerse the mat in water or use harsh chemicals.
• Clean covers (if separate) can generally be machine-washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent; air dry or tumble low.
• After any spill: Turn the mat on its side to allow drainage; blot excess moisture; leave for at least 10 hours to dry; if a burning smell appears, turn off immediately.
• Storage: Unplug and power off the mat before folding; only fold along predetermined fold lines as specified in the manual.
