  • The Evening Setup: Place the unit on a nightstand or flat surface near your bed. Insert an aroma puck or drop your preferred bedtime oil onto the diffusion pad.
  • The Sleep Ritual: Select your preferred acoustic setting (such as pink noise or gentle rain) and adjust the volume to mask ambient bedroom noise. Turn on fan diffusion 15 minutes before bed to scent the room.
  • The Care Note: Swap out the aroma diffusion pad when changing essential oil scents or every 30 days to maintain pure, crisp scent delivery.

RETURN POLICY: Except as described in this policy, all Canopy devices are covered by their 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your device after use, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it to receive a refund of the purchase price, less a $10 handling fee (which includes the cost of return shipping). This applies to all Humidifiers, Diffusers, and Filtered Showerheads purchased from Canopy via our website, getcanopy.co (the “Website”).

SHIPPING POLICY: US Shipping costs are based on the dollar value of your order, and we're able to offer free shipping across the country for orders valued over $25.

We do our best to get all Canopy's out as soon as possible. All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 30 business days. During normal times, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

In the rare occurrence that Canopy is out of stock, we’ll display the backorder status and expected ship date on the product page, and we’ll also include the expected “Ships By” date in your order confirmation email.
