Domestic Shipping Policy: Order cut off time for same day despatch is 12:00pm (CST Timezone). We typically ship your order within 24 - 48 hours. (excludes weekends and bank holidays). During peak periods, there may be a delay of one day (but we sure try hard to avoid that).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders received by 12:00PM CST will be despatched the same day. With regards to the first shipping day this is the first working day after the collection.
