  • The Installation: Stretch the flexible silicone housing over your bathtub spout, ensuring a snug seal around the water flow outlet.

  • The Maintenance: Replace the internal filter cartridge every 3 months to maintain optimal flow rate and peak chlorine reduction performance.

RETURN POLICY: Except as described in this policy, all Canopy devices are covered by their 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your device after use, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it to receive a refund of the purchase price, less a $10 handling fee (which includes the cost of return shipping). This applies to all Humidifiers, Diffusers, and Filtered Showerheads purchased from Canopy via our website, getcanopy.co (the “Website”).

SHIPPING POLICY: US Shipping costs are based on the dollar value of your order, and we're able to offer free shipping across the country for orders valued over $25.

We do our best to get all Canopy's out as soon as possible. All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 30 business days. During normal times, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
