Before applying the patch we recommend a few sleep health basics.

• Don’t wait until you’re too exhausted before going to bed.
• Try leaving your phone off in another room.
• Pick up a (real) book. No TV.
• Apply the sleep patches 15 minutes before the above.
• Apply one sleep patch to each temple and leave them on until morning.
• After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs.
• Enjoy. We hope you enjoy a more peaceful sleep.

Adults and Children above 12 years of age: can be applied nightly. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.

Use this product only as directed. This product is for external use only. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or if breastfeeding. When using please ensure that you avoid contact with the eyes and nose. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
