All orders are processed + shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Standard Shipping: Once picked up and scanned by our carrier, transit times range 5-10 business days, depending on shipping delivery destination.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. While we’ll always do our best to support you, please know that delivery times, tracking updates, and final handoff are managed by the carrier and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages and cannot replace these at this time.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the delivery carrier directly for further assistance.

Return Policy: For our United States customers, try Rise Centered in your own home for 30 days. If it’s not the right fit, you can return it in its original packaging.

Returns: $20 processing fee (our clocks are heavy, and this helps cover shipping costs).
