Directions
  • The Installation: Unscrew your existing shower head, apply thread seal tape around the pipe, and screw on the Canopy mounting bracket hand-tight before attaching the hose and wand.
  • The Ritual: Dock the wand in the bracket or hold manually, insert an optional aroma tab into the diffusion well, and select your preferred spray mode for a targeted rinse.
  • The Maintenance: Replace the internal filter cartridge every 3 months (approx. 1,500 gallons) to maintain peak chlorine reduction and optimal water pressure.

RETURN POLICY: Except as described in this policy, all Canopy devices are covered by their 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your device after use, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return it to receive a refund of the purchase price, less a $10 handling fee (which includes the cost of return shipping). This applies to all Humidifiers, Diffusers, and Filtered Showerheads purchased from Canopy via our website, getcanopy.co (the “Website”).

SHIPPING POLICY: US Shipping costs are based on the dollar value of your order, and we're able to offer free shipping across the country for orders valued over $25.

We do our best to get all Canopy's out as soon as possible. All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 30 business days. During normal times, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

In the rare occurrence that Canopy is out of stock, we’ll display the backorder status and expected ship date on the product page, and we’ll also include the expected “Ships By” date in your order confirmation email.
