Domestic Shipping Policy: Most orders ship from Houston, TX, either the same day, or the following business day.

Any shipping amounts paid at the original point of purchase are nonrefundable, since those amounts are paid to the carrier to deliver your order.

All weighted blanket orders ship via UPS or USPS within the contiguous US. For orders above 19lbs, if you enter a P.O. Box at checkout, we will reach out to you to request an alternative address where UPS can deliver. We do use USPS Priority Mail to ship to Hawaii and Alaska, as shown at checkout.
