Any shipping amounts paid at the original point of purchase are nonrefundable, since those amounts are paid to the carrier to deliver your order.

All weighted blanket orders ship via UPS or USPS within the contiguous US. For orders above 19lbs, if you enter a P.O. Box at checkout, we will reach out to you to request an alternative address where UPS can deliver. We do use USPS Priority Mail to ship to Hawaii and Alaska, as shown at checkout.

Return Policy: We hope you love your order! It may take several nights to adjust to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket, so we encourage you to take some time to try it out. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the option to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, if shipped within the United States.
