Bedding and home goods can be returned within 30 days if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refund returns incur a $10 return shipping fee (waived for damaged or defective items).
Furniture, foundations, adjustable bases, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
